Yam was conceived when owner and designer Morgan Thomas' mom brought home a jewelry making book when she was young. An activity that unknowingly implanted an idea for a company later recognizing her legacy. Yam is an ode to her late mother, up-cycled materials and new nostalgia. Each piece is made using recycled metal, vintage or thrifted beads, and upcycled glass and handmade by Morgan, in house and in some instances is produced by a small family run company in the North East.
