There will be a 5% discount from the list price for The Gateway Cambodia stated above for single purchaser that bought between one to twelve units. - There will be a 10% rental tax per annum, with the additional of 14% per annum on gross rent as the withholding tax.
- The Value Added Tax (VAT) is set at 10% in Cambodia, which is the equivalent of Good and Service Tax (GST) in Singapore. However, this will be absorbed by Developer. VAT is only applicable to resale for VAT registered companies if it is purchased under company name.
